A fully built 13-week training program delivered before each season starts. Three phases, progressive overload built in, coaching notes on every exercise. Customised to your starting point, goals, and training history.
Two coaching touchpoints per week
One weekly group coaching call — 60 minutes of program review, Q&A, and technique. One async check-in — submit your update, receive personalised video feedback. You're never training blind.
The EPOCH community
A private member community — structured, high-signal, zero noise. Progress logs, nutrition questions, Perth meetup coordination, and a leaderboard that actually motivates. The 50-person cap is what makes it worth being part of.
Seasonal nutrition framework
Not a meal plan — a nutrition system that changes with the season. Surplus in autumn and winter. Maintenance or deficit in summer and spring. Protein targets, meal timing around training, and Perth-specific hydration guidance.
Mobility + flexibility protocols
Woven into every session. Autumn has a dedicated Wednesday flexibility day. Mobility prep opens every training day. By the end of a full year, your range of motion is measurably and visibly different.
Season-end challenge event
Every 13 weeks, a performance benchmark — strength tests, conditioning challenge, optional physique comparison. The most motivating week of the season. Perth-local and livestreamed for remote members.

I'm studying Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at ECU Joondalup, working as a stretch and recovery specialist at Stretch Labs, and I've been training seriously for three years. The four seasonal programs in EPOCH are what I use myself — refined over time, grounded in exercise science, and designed for the specific climate and lifestyle of Perth.
